Just checking in. I know I haven't been around....but i got off track for a while, and I wasn't watching what I was eating too carefully...and I was afraid to weigh myself. It's okay though, I'm back now...and here to stay.

It's been nearly 2 months since i set myself my goal. and in that time i've lost 10lbs. Not as much as i was really hoping for but i did have some set backs and it leaves me with 32lbs to go. So i need to lose average of 1.95lbs per week to reach my goal.
I'm sorta behind on this, but I'd love to join, if I may! I started on 01.01.10, with July 4th as my goal, so this is perfect! I am going to lose 50 lbs in 6 months, come **** or devils food cake! ;D
Thus far, I'm down 14 lbs to 171. My mini goal is to be in the 160s by the end of March.
Down one more pound! Keeping my fingers crossed that I can break into the 160s mark in the next two weeks. Of course the same week, I decide to start a walking program in the mornings we get flood level rain followed by daylight savings. Perfect timing...
