Default Motivational Books

Does anyone have any motivational books that have helped them with their journey. I'm not necessarily talking about "diet" books, or "how to eat" books but rather ones that are motivational in any aspect.

Thanks

I really liked "Fighting Globesity" by Jackie and Phillip Mills. It is pretty directly related to dieting, exercise and weight control but i liked the approach they took, it made it seem like something i could do

I just read "The Secret." Its all about positive thinking, seeing it and it happens, etc. I've kind of been doing that all along with weight loss, and didn't realize it, but now I'm going to try it in other areas of my life.

Jemima J isn't inspirational at all, just kind of a fluff novel about weight loss. Very chick flicky - It's entertaining and her motivation is a bit contagious

I actually liked jillian michaels "winning by losing" The first section of the book explores the emotional causes of obesity and talks about ways to keep them under control, developing a support system, etc. I thought it was interesting, and made me think twice about why I've overeaten in the past.
