  • I don't really get a "high," more like I'm returned to normal after exercise. I feel blah and sick if I don't, and get really bad mood swings, but a half hour on the treadmill keeps me stable
  • sometimes if i'm in a bad mood I'll work out just so I can feel better. lol.
