Maybe I'm just a dork, but I kind of like these. They give me a real incentive to stay on plan at the times I know I can be derailed most. I tried to do this for Thanksgiving but got very few participants because by the time I made the thread, Thanksgiving dinner was already over for many people! So I'll try posting this one ahead of time...
I challenge you to weigh yourself on January 1st, 2010, when you wake up in the morning (after using the bathroom and whatever) and recording that weight on your official 3FC ticker, regardless of whether you are up or down.
Anyone else up to it? I think it'll make me less inclined to snack too much on New Years Eve if I know I have to face up to the scale the next morning.
