Good luck1 I was so motivated at first, I did about 15 days straight, then lost my motivation. I should try again It is quick and short.... and it really does work.
I started on Sunday, it is fun, and very short! I did it yesterday too, but I think I'm skipping it today and doing another one of her DVDs called no more trouble zones since I'm not going to make it to the gym today! I've just been lazy and burnt out. So I'm in! I really want to see how well this works for me!
ive been wanting to do 30DS for months now, but keep making excuses (one excuse:wishing i had someone to do it with) well excuses over, im jumping on board. i tried level 1 awhile ago and boy was it hard! but im hoping im in better shape this time around.
yay for 30ds buddies!
i came home and did L1D2.. oh man this forward squats with the raises killed me! but its good to feel like my working out is actually working me!
i need to just dive in and buy this. it's like $6 on walmart.com. my best friend wants to lose some weight while her husband is deployed ... maybe i can start doing this with her.
I listen to Jillian Michaels on her radio show (love her!) She was talking about 30DS and she said to do it like 5 times a week and not everyday. Of course if you guys feel you want to, go right ahead. But she said that she was crying in between takes bc it was so hard for her and the dancers. WOW! I didn't know that before. She also said that if you feel yourself struggling at all on a level, DON'T move up to the next one! She said to master the level you're at, and if you know its easy for you then move on. Once it gets here I'll probably do 5x a week and switch up some other stuff. Hopefully I won't be crying too
I just ordered it from Amazon. I've never heard of it before this, and after reading all the reviews there I decided, Heck why not, for $7 it can't hurt to try. I'ts so hot outside here right now, so this will be nice to have something to do in the AC
