Default starting tomorrow

I got it today and I'm starting tomorrow morning. I'm excited and I hope I can stick with it for all 30 days. I'm not in very good shape, although I've been on my elliptical for 4 days straight, 30 min/day, so I've been getting more exercise lately (more than before!). Can't wait to get it started!!

AAA! I started level 3 today, it's so much harder!! At least it goes by quickly .
Just as I was thinking level 2 isn't so bad anymore! No wonder it works. My arms are shaking as I type lol.

I ordered it off Amazon, ($7, why not) and did it for the first time today.

Holy crap, that was a workout. But in a good way. My arms a defintly a little sore from adding the weights. I have been doing the Wii Active workouts for 2 weeks, but will be adding 30DS in to the mix.

I have to admit, the thought of level 2 scares me a bit...

I had started 30DS before summer started, but got bored with it because I was doing it 5 days in a row. I think I'm going to try it again starting next week, and I'll do it 3 days a week. The other 2 days I'm thinking about doing jump rope workouts at night since I have school from 8-3. It definitely is an awesome workout, especially since it's only 20 minutes. I'll let everyone know how it goes once I start.

Of course if you guys feel you want to, go right ahead. But she said that she was crying in between takes bc it was so hard for her and the dancers. WOW! I didn't know that before. She also said that if you feel yourself struggling at all on a level, DON'T move up to the next one! She said to master the level you're at, and if you know its easy for you then move on. Once it gets here I'll probably do 5x a week and switch up some other stuff. Hopefully I won't be crying too

That's what I'm planning on doing... I just started it again yesterday and I want to do it monday-friday and then rest on the weekends. Probably do some light walking on those days. But yeah, she kicks my butt and I hate her for it but i love her for it! My sides are soooo sore from doing the chest flies and the dumbbell rows.

I'm restarting 30DS in the next day or two. Hopefully it will be a good jumpstart to getting back onto the wagon.

(Plus - I REALLY want to be able to do more than 2 "boy" push ups without wanting to die.)

I went from not really working out at all (had gotten out of it) and I committed to three times every week. I'll be the first to admit that level one kicked my butt, and I knew that if I tried to force myself to do it every day I'd get burned out and just give up. On days between the shred I'd do extra cardio to help increase my endurance.

I thought level two was really difficult so I basically did that one for like 15 days... I just started 3 and it's not nearly as hard as I thought it would be.

It's taken me a while but my endurance has really improved. Committing to do this video for 20 minutes helped me get back into working out 5-6 times/week. I went from barely being able to get through the pushups in level one (had to do them on my knees) to being able to crank out man push ups! I've also lost about 15 pounds since I started it!

Good luck ladies.

So i bought 30DS about 6 months ago. Well i didnt have a remote to my dvd player so i couldnt use it. Then i fell off the wagon. Today is my first offical day back on.

I did D1L1 today and im not gunna lie it kinda kicked my butt. It was a much better work out than i had aniticpated. So i dont get burned out on it i think im going to run on my treadmill and maybe do some weights and yoga.

Started level 3 monday and a whole new set of muscles are sore. I have not done the 30days straight as I wish I could have. I did 15 days straight and then started to slack but I am back on it this week. I actually like level 3 better than 2. when I finish level 2 I am going to start over and do the advanced version of 1 2 and 3.
