Hey everyone; I haven't been around alot until recently and I really want to stay motivated so I was thinking of doing a plan challenge again. I was hoping some of you might want to join in... ?
Here's how it works- you pick a goal or several goals and you do them everyday for
15 days, you can have one skip (such as bad TOM day or holiday) and after that you have to start over at day 1
You can join anytime- you just start at day 1. The first person to get to 15 days starts over the thread.
I hope you guys like the idea and we can get it started again
Here are my goals for each day:
1. No soda!
2. Stay under 1500 calories
3. Active at least 45 mins a day (cardio or weights)
