I lose very little weight in my boobs. Even when I was a size 8 my boobs were a DD so there always big now matter how small I get or big I get.

I didn't think that they would... but they have shrunk a bit. I'd say at my highest weight I was about a 42DDD and now I'm a 38C/D. They seem to have a little sag, but they're bouncing back nicely (no pun intended) for all the stress they've gone through over the past few years! I'm hoping that they keep up during this journey. I was a 36C at my lowest adult weight, which was about 165 to 170.... so I'm hoping they won't get any smaller than that. If they did... it'd probably just be all skin! Ick.

I gotta say though... I no longer feel like my spine is about to crack in half every day!!! Could be the weight loss too, as well, though.

When I started, I was wearing a 40D but it probably should have been one size bigger. The last time I bought bras (awesome sale at lane bryant. My sisters and I spent 109 and saved 119) two bras I bought were 38D and one was 38C. My sister measured me the other night and said I should be wearing a 36D but as long as I'm comfortable, I don't care.

I personally am sort of worried about my size shrinking at all because I am very small chested for my weight. I have to special order because I need something like a 46 between A and B cup. If what I have shrinks then I'll have next to nothing, eeek!

I went from a 38D/DD to a 36C/34D. I didn't lose much from my chest at first, but then lost a good bit with my last 15 lbs.

There's talk in another thread here about tooting your own horn, and once I get to buy a smaller bra there will be a lot of tooting going on! Every time I weigh myself I look in the mirror if I can see any bagging on the bra yet I was reading what Angee wrote, and I could have written it myself, that's how true it rang. I have a very large chest, even under 130lb it's been 34D, which is annoying because in H&M the cute bras only go up to a C. Part of the reason why I've finally managed to get serious about losing weight is that I detest having a big chest, even the men I've been in relationships with have wondered how it's humanly possible and one asked if I was fed too much meat as a child, as in I must have something hormonally wrong with me to be like this. In the future I think I will have a lift or reduction if I can afford it.

It's funny how people think that extremes of one thing or the other is some sort of problem. I am so small chested that I've had some of the same speculations pinned on me! I have a low voice, and sometimes that even makes me wonder if I don't have hormone imbalances, but I hate how its this spectacle thing that its like "oh my gosh!" Not something I can help people!

Mine have shrunk a lot. When I went from 150 to 130-ish I went from a (tight) 36C to a 34B, bordering on A at this point. I wear push-up bras at all times now! My favorite sports bras are 36A and getting too big. I've still got about 15 pounds to lose, so I'm sure I'll have nothing at all left by the time I get there. After I've maintained for a year or so, if I still miss them, I'm gonna look into getting a new pair.

Started at A, gained roughly 40 pounds stayed A, lost the weight and obviously still an A, sigh...

I lost 80 pounds, and went from a 38D to a 32B...but because of saggy skin I have to wear a C cup. In fact, I could probably wear a 30 if I could find one. Bra shopping is no longer fun for me...

Yes, but I've always had a large chest. At my heaviest I was a 42DDD, now I'm a 34DD. I don't expect to lose much more than this (would LOVE to just be a D, but not sure if that's possible without surgery). I do have a lot of saggy skin but that's just from having a large chest/being overweight for most of my life. Ya deal, and buy really good push up bras.

I really hope mine shrink, but I'm kind of doubting they will. When I started losing weight, I was in a 40DDD....and the 40 band is getting too big, so I pulled out my old 38DDDs, and I'm definitely popping out of them...they're too small in the cup...which is SUPER frustrating, because I'm losing weight, so you'd imagine my boobs would SHRINK not get bigger...

my older sister is a 32G, so I guess that's why I doubt that mine will shrink. She's skinny and has bigger boobs then I do, and mine have been growing constantly for a long time, so my guess is by the time I'm her age, I'll also be a G....cause so far that's how it's worked. When she was my age she was a DDD...

anyways, like I said, I HOPE mine shrink, but I doubt they will =/

Speaking of all of this...do any of you know if any exercises exist that tighten and lift and shape your chest? I mean that actually work on big chests...?

I honestly can't tell. I'm still wearing the same bra, but they are falling apart like woah. So I most likely have gone down slightly, but nothing substantial.

To be honest, I'm not expecting much. My mother lost 80lbs and stayed a DDD. She has since had a breast reduction surgery, so I'll never have a better picture of what I can (somewhat) expect.
