192.8 today! This is lower than I -ever- remember being. I'm wearing the same size pants I wore in 7th grade now (comfortable 14s) so it's probably been about that long!

Ugh my weight is not budging! 196 for like 3 days in a row, then went up 196.2 yesterday, then this morning 106 even...again! lol Its going to be TOM soon so I bet it has something to do with that! haha *shakes fist!*

Jennie- what are you doing to avoid plateaus? I have only lost 35 pounds and everything is going soooo slow!

OMG. I am at 191.0 today. Who knows why? I felt like I overate yesterday. I threw a birthday party for a friend and not only did I have like 7 pieces of chocolate, but also a slice of pie and a scoop of ice cream.

The good part is, I've somehow learned to control my portions! I had two big servings of salad, and though I took two servings of the pasta dish, they were both extremely small and so probably made up about one serving. And I opted for the small piece of garlic bread, and the small pieces of dessert. But geez. I stayed within my calorie range somehow, on the high end of it anyway. Sweetness.

I'm getting so excited for the 180s!

When I'm stuck at a plateau I will either: zig-zag my calories for a few says or I'll up my workout routine 1-2days (kind of like a last minute workout). Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't...Depends on what my body wants to accept. When TOM comes around I'm out of luck and just have to accept my weight will go up or it will stay as is until TOM is over.

This morning I weighed in at 195.4...the scale for some odd reason decided it wanted to jump all over the place; between 195.0-195.8 lbs. SO Annoying. 195.4 popped up a majority of the time so thats what I'm going to accept for today. I know I didn't eat/drink enough yesterday so I dunno what my body is doing.

190.4 today! I was 190.2 yesterday but I take it for the fact that I exercised a bajillion hours in the heat and didn't eat much that I'm retaining water. So close to the 180s I can taste it.

I weighed in at 193.8 this morning. I've been losing pretty fast since starting C25K! I'm still surprised though that I'm losing at all, I usually never see the scale numbers moving down before TOM.

Still 198... at least no gain! I did couch to 5k week 6 day 1 last night and I was sure I would weigh in heavy cause my muscles are sore.

190.4 for the past 3 days in a row, not even a SMALL variation! I checked to make sure my scale was not broken by carrying my water jug onto it. It went up to 195.6, took the water jug off, back to 190.4. Haha...

This is the same thing that happened when I was at 200.8 pounds. That scale just did not budge a hair for like a week. It was like, "I know I will never see this number again so I'm going to hold onto it as looooooong as possible!"

That being said, not weighing in til next Monday now.

Hey, I am new here (well, new and old, lol) but I just got into onederland today, and I thought it would be cool to join in. Today I weighed 199.4, and I am very excited. It's my first time to be below 200 in over 5 years.
