thank you all for your advice and tips. i'll to apply some of these.

but my problem is i'm such a perfectionist when it comes to weight loss. if i wind up just eating one bad thing in a day it ruins my day and i just say "to heck with it" and just eat anything i want for the rest of the day.

i know i have to keep on trying to be healthy and lose weight. but weight loss has become such a stressful thing in my life. the first time i lost weight it wasn't this stressful and i was able to keep up with my healthy habits. but this time i don't know what happened to me.

That does make it very difficult to lose weight. But you actually don't have to do that. You can start over with the very next food choice, not the next day. That seems obvious, but sometimes we just don't realize it.
