I know there has been a million threads started on the 30 Day Shred, but I couldn't find a recent one to join in on. Ive been stuck at the same weight since August... AUGUST and I thought I would give the 30DS a try since I know so many of you RAVE about it. I just did week 1 and I can honestly say It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Any tips or suggestions starting the program or anyone want to join me in hopes this can jump start my weight loss again?
