Hello all!!
I'm 4 weeks into the Transitions Lifestyle System and I was wondering if anyone out there has tried it/is also doing this program!
So far, in 4 weeks I've lost around 20lbs. Its the first program that's actually worked for me after trying so many other programs and diets. Out of left field I gained this intense sense of will power ha! I never knew I had it in me but once I saw results it just wanted to keep going on track!
Anyway! Hope all are well and just looking to see if anyone has any recipes or stories to share about this program! Thanks
