B- Yogurt, coffee, bannana
S- String Cheese
L- Apple, orange, turkey sandwich
S- orange
D- Spinach salad with ground turkey taco meat
Exercise - 1 hour run

B - banana and bran flakes with skim milk at home, coffee with 1 TBSP half & half when I got to work
S - triscuit thin crisps
L - Progresso light chicken and dumpling soup (too lazy to make anything for lunch), salad with light catalina dressing
S - grapes
D - roasted broccoli and (purple !) cauliflower, turkey kielbasa cooked in tomato sauce over brown rice

Total for the day - 24 Points

S - nothing
L - Grilled chicken w/ black sesame, salad (lettuce, cucumber, red bell pepper, radishes, cherry tomatoes, ranch dressing)
S - Grapefruit segments, almonds
D - black bean veggie soup, caprese salad (tomato + lf mozzarella + balsamic vinegar + olive oil)
Workout: 20 mins pilates + 60 mins walk

L: WW chicken jalfrezi (4), makeshift naan bread (2), bag of chips (2) - bad, no veggies!!
D: Pad Thai: 1/2 chicken breast (1.5), pad thai sauce (2), yellow pepper, green onion, carrots, and noodles (3)
S: Hot chocolate with semi skimmed milk (3)
= 20.5/20
