Siz - I do LOVE walking and I know since it has been really cool lately I should just get out and walk more ( I DID TODAY)
Windchime- Im glad a fellow tall girl can relate to my problems. I hate this! Maybe we can both get over this hill we seem to be stuck on!

Take a week or even a weekend off. Eat what you want, stop stressing. Then get back on track. Maybe you're body (and your mind!) just needs a vacation.

I just broke a 3 month plateau with a cheeseburger.

Here is what I would do.

Cut out salt.

Cut out refined carbs for a week (this will help with bloat).

Continue drinking lots of water.

Add a little caffine (1-2 cups of coffee - increased metabolism)

I suggest weight training. It might actually make you gain a bit at first (water retention from sore muscles, etc), but muscle burns calories even while we rest!

Plus, it just makes you LOOK better, gives your body a leaner look, and you'll see results pretty quickly so it's exciting. While weight loss takes FOREVER sometimes, if you start up weight training, the relatively quick changes in your body (if you're new to it, like me) will motivate you... and you'll feel strong.

It's not fun to do (at least for me) but I just keep thinking "burn calories while i sleep! burn calories while I watch TV!" LOL

good luck!!! I'm trying to lose the last 10 or so myself, it's a SLOW and FRUSTRATING process!
