Ughh - I feel you I work for a candy company and today, my job was to gift wrap 160 boxes of chocolate. And of course, my boss was only too happy to point out that there were extras and I should go ahead and help myself. Which I did...

you can buy sugar free hot chocolate mix. When you make it with low-fat milk, its not horrible, plus it has the nutrition of dairy.

ahh it's still hard

Yeah I switched to dark chocolate years ago but then I realized how it tasted like feet and I thought, why should I live a life without delicious milk chocolate? what kind of life would that be? and I thought to myself, not a very good one.

I know, I suck but little things like chocolate makes life sweet.

Beautiful - I used to feel the same way, but you have to shop around for dark chocolate - some is MUCH better than others. The little Dove squares are good, also Ghiardelli dark chocolate and M&M's even come in dark chocolate now. The one's with the higher cacao % are "better" for you, but that also means they're really really bitter.

We always keep Trader Joe's 100 calorie 70% Dark Chocolate Bars at our house and I love them. They definetly satisfy my chocolate cravings, I don't think that they taste bitter, but I love dark chocolate so I may be a little bias
