I have a pear-shaped body so I think my lower half would always be a size higher than my upper half. Which is alright. I wouldn't mind being a size 8 in my lower body.
I can see myself in a size 6/8 wearing a cute short sleeved-dress with an empire waist. You know. Without looking like I'm due in another month.
I'm aiming for an Australian size 12 (about a 8-10 American? Not sure) and to be able to wear a sundress. ANY sundress. In a dress right now I look like a stuffed pig, so it would be awesome!
Well, I'm kind of hoping for a size 6. I'm at an 8-10 now (depending on who made it and when). I have a fairly large frame so I don't expect to get down too far and 8 might be it... but 6 would be cool.
I never thought I'd say this but my real goal is to wear a bikini next summer.
I'm excited about being able to wear shorts. This summer I was able to fit back into my two favorite pairs of shorts, but I'm excited to get to my first size goal of an 8 and be able to wear even cuter shorts. I'm also dying to wear PROPER skinny jeans. I could probably spend all day blathering on about my new wardrobe when I reach my goals because I'm ALWAYS shopping for what would look good on me when I can fit into it the right way :P
I can't believe how much I struggled with this question. I want to say size 8, that was my size all through high school. But I really don't care what size I am after I reach my goal as long as I look good. I want a flat stomach and thighs that don't rub together and I'll be happy no matter what size that is.
Honestly, my lower body is never going to below a size 12. I may be able to wear dresses/skirts that are smaller. but I don't realistically see myself ever being able to buy a size 10 jeans. I have HIPS. Bone doesn't go away.
I would like to lose some back/arm fat and be able to wear a size 12 on top, though.
I dream of 6s. I'm currently a size 8 on top and a size 9 on bottom (yes, I wear women's tops and junior bottoms...it's easier than finding petite sizes for my short little legs ). One rung lower would be nice, but I don't want to go down to 4s. I was a 4 in high school and looked like a football player, enormous in the shoulders and rib cage and sickly everywhere else. A 6 would be nice and svelte but not scary.
My dream size is a 4, in everything, no "it runs small" business. I really just want to look good in anything... just be able to throw on whatever and know that I look good and I don't have any bulges, or worry that it's too tight. A tightish t-shirt and a pair of colored jeans.
I would love to wear a size 6.. I was thinking a size 8, but when I got down to 143 last time, I was very close to a size 8 (I have an hourglass figure) - I have huge arms and hopefully they will decrease enough in size by the time I get to goal.. a 4 would be great too, but b/c of my build and shape, a 6 seems more feasible
What would be my dream outfit.. well, I love vintage looks.. so I'd love to splurge on a great sleeveless dress like that.. I'd love to be able to wear a bikini too for next summer..
I have never in my life been smaller than an 8, so I was targeting 6 as my dream size. Sunday I bought a pair of size 2 pants and they fit... It felt fantastic... Rationally I know that they are bigger than the 2s I remember my mom wearing when I was in high school and I was in 12s, but still felt great.
I typically wear 4s and that feels pretty great, too. People are right - nothing tastes as good as the feeling of putting on those pants.
I thought size 10 was my goal size, but now I'm a size 6 or 8 in pants, so I'm thinking maybe size 4? I'll probably stay in a medium in tops, unless I invest in breast reduction surgery. Which is a possibility, once the economy isn't so darn scary.
My dream in clothing is to be able to wear only 1 heavy-duty sports bra when I run. Right now I have to wear 2 high impact sports bras, which is uncomfortable and ridiculously expensive.
