I was out of the 130s for about 2 seconds as well. 128 isn't really an official goal, but I'm curious as to what shedding those 5lbs would mean for my body. I'm not in a hurry- I haven't even settled into this weight yet and I'm working on strength training, so I'll probably be here a while. The holidays were not good for me weight-wise either; I'm bouncing around betw. 132 and 135. And I'm about to head off on vacation. Congrats to those who are out and Jenn it sounds like you're not far :) I'm not sure what the common pant size at 125 is but I'm pretty sure I was a 6. Now I'm an 8. I'm not sure what I am in odd sizes. I have a pair of size 7 jeans but they are stretchy. I'm probably more like you, a snug 9 or even 11.

Hey ladies Im just peeking in this thread I wont offically join until I have more 130 days. Today was my first offical day weighing in at 139.6 and you dont know how excited I am!! My goal was to reach that by the end of the month but it came early for me. I have been doing a lot as far as exercising and eating right lately so I think its a great combination. Im looking forward to coming to this thread and I think a few of us will be coming from the 40's together.

Yay for this post getting some well needed action. Ithink its a great place for people in the 140's wanting to chat along with those skinie minnies that are in the 120s too.

Jenn, sizing is wonky. I am just under 135, and wear a 7, except for if i buy my jeans from the gap, then I'm a 4. crazy vanity sizing!

Ladies how was your weekend ? Mine was good, it was/is my TOM, blah, which caused for me to eat everything that was in my sight! Today is hopefully the last day of my TOM, so I stepped on the scale to assess the damage, I am up 0.4 lbs. Tomorrow is my official Weigh in, so I'm hoping any extra water weight will be gone by then. The boyfriend and I did get take out yesterday too, and cocooned in bed watching movies all day, so that also might cause for some extra weight gain, as salty Chinese food as good as it is is the devil in my scales eyes.

My weekend was a bit difficult, as I was away on holiday with family, which always involves a lot of eating, but I made a big effort not to snack too much, and also went for a run. I ended up going up to 59 kilos, but am back to 58 now. Wahoo! Hoping to be able to lose another kilo by the time I head to Melbourne, in a week, but we'll see.

Also, I bought some jeans yesterday. They were on sale, and I was doubtful they would fit - they looked quite small to me, but tried them on and they fit like a glove! It feels so great to be wearing jeans. I always avoided them when I was bigger, as I could never find a pair that fit properly.

Hope you all are on track and feeling good. Oh, I also enquired about kettlebell training with a personal trainer. I feel like I need to do something to really tone up my butt, legs, abs when I'm at goal, and thought that could be a good option possibly.

Hey ladies so Im here!!! I didnt want to come that wk I posted because I knew TOM was coming and he was keeping me right around 140 so I didnt feel right coming here just yet. Right now Im 137.6-138lbs....yeppie!! I am so close to goal I need to start thinking if I want to shoot for 130. I think the last time I was I 130 was when I was 16 and before I started lifting weights in HS and competitively cheering. 134 is the smallest Ive been since then which was about 3yrs ago so I am more then happy to be here. My plan is to maintain around 135 but I would like to see 129-130 once. I hope to keep this thread alive and more ladies from the 140's should be creeping over here soon....

Just checking in, been at 139 seems like forever now. Was 135 just a dream??? (too proud to change ticker) Sigh, throwing scale out-the-window tired of stressing over it. Moving forward...Think I'll now be focusing on inches and how my clothes fit.

Hey ladies; I'm just checking back in--nice to see there was some action in here while I was away. The low 130s are sooo hard to kick. Every time I get close to the 120s, I bounce back up. 135 is still my red line weight, but I'd still like to try out 128 or so.

I feel ya Forestroad!!! I am so eager to be 120 but only once before had a desire to. I like my body around 135-140 but I think I can get down to 128-129 this time around. I have a couple more wks before I get to 135 which is okay with me but I really want to see the 20's once before my birthday in April.

Jennsreadytolose: I think when our body gets to a certain point were its hard to lose the scale is not the way to go unless you make drastic changes in your diet or workout regimen. I think measuring and going by the way your clothes fit is the best way to go. You will get there girl

Ok so after a bad wknd...well only bad in the sense that I ate horribly and I drank a lot of Blue Moons and Wine I am still 138 this wk. I was hoping to be 136 by today with weighing in two days at 137 but I will be happy with 138 with how out of control I was this wknd...lol!!! I plan to be low key this wknd and not do a lot of crazy eating and drinking. We are going out one night for my bosses last day. So Im gonna try to stick to woodford or vodka tonics. These last 3lbs are killing me and r not coming off as fast as I thought they would but Im trying to be patient.

Keepin this thread alive for all my 140 sisters who will be coming over here soon...
I am finally 137 this wk!!! Im hoping to stay strong this wknd. We are ordering pizza tonight at work then out to dinner tomorrow. Ive already scanned the menu and know what Im gonna get...I just hope I dont go overboard on the drinks...lol!!! I am 2lbs from my goal and I want to get there before I go back home to KC Feb 18th. I know I can do it however it seems impossible right now. Im I have two more months before I try to get to my ultimate goal of 129-130!!! Im thinking of adding long runs back into my workouts but it too damn cold right now...lol!! Hope everyone is well

bablou- congrats on 137 :) Good luck this weekend--sounds like you have a good plan. Stick to it and I bet you will see 136 really soon :)

I'm still bouncing around betw. 130-135. I don't know if I have the motivation for the balls to the wall approach it would take to get under 130 and stay there. I exercise a lot and I don't eat too much, but my body seems to really like it here. I eat about 1800 cals/day so there's definitely room to reduce, but I got down to 128 before and bounced right back up when I reupped my calories, so not sure it's worth it.

Thanks Forestroad!! I totally fill you on your body staying at a certain weight. I think when Im really active and eat right my body likes to stay btwn where I am now and 141. Im trying to stay postive on believing that I will be able to get into the 120's just for a hot second but its looking like its gonna be a long road. I cant even imagine what I would look like if weighed 129 even. But Im excited to try to get there.
I think I remember reading back that you were 128ish at one point. Did you try to get that low or did it just happen? This summer I have a lot going on so I want to be low to mid 130's if I can...

Congrats Ella I didn't see this post or I would of said it earlier! I saw u posting in the Feb exercise thread and u have a stellar schedule keep it up girly

I am rt on track finally....I had to switch some things up and introduced running long distance back into my life. I think if I stay good next wk (its TOM) I will make it to goal by the end of the week. Which will be rt on time for Feb 14th!! I don't know why my new obession is to see 120 something but I'm gonna get there!! The healthy way....lol
