Good idea ladies! I've gone down the 130s pretty easily, but I seem to be bouncing between 137 - 134 every week. Not fun... I think probably too much Halloween/college related drinking is to blame.
I'm aiming for 134 on Tuesday, then 132 by next Tuesday. |
128 for the past 3 days in a row. Running out of steam and craving everything in sight, what to do...

Another stall. I finally broke my 8wk plateau and lost 4lbs in one week, but then lost nothing during my period week (as expected, but I did expect my usual 3lb water weight gain which hasn't happened two months in a row...) and then I gained a lb this week for no reason. All tiny nibbles have been included in my calorie count and I burned 200-400 more in total this week than when I busted my plateau.
I guess my 1lb a week goal has gone out the window, which I could accept if I lost 0.5lb instead, but NOTHING after working hard and sticking with this sucks. Then I don't know whether I have 16lbs left or more because I've never been slim before. I'll keep fighting on. This week: Try eating 1350cals everyday Burn 2500cals in total I hope eating 100-200 less works. I know I can't eat the way I did almost 30lbs ago, but busting that plateau made me think that I could just eat 50-100cals less a day. Maybe not. |
