My goal for today (and the next few days) is to stay within points and walk around...NOT sit in my hotel room and mope that I'm alone. Woot.

Go Stella Does your hotel have a gym? I always try to go to the hotel gym when I travel

I just got back for the gym and I met two of my goals- an hour elliptical and 45 mins weights- now just to drink all that water

Hi all, I would love to join this thread. What a good idea. My goals for today are:
-45 min walk tonight
-20 crunches, 10 squats, 10 lunges (it's a start!)
-make a healthy snack to bring to work tomorrow
-stop being a wussy and take a before picture for motivation

YAY!

Go Britty!

Today is an off day- so no gym- rest today, but I'm still going to set some goals.

Stay under my calories- and do not over eat today and get my water intake

I really sympathize with the inability to stick to long term goals, they seem so long. haha :P

My goal for tomorrow is: Have 2L of water and walk 2 miles

strength exercise- 30 crunches tonight
weigh in

Good luck everyone!

Good Morning! I met my goals again. I think my walk may have been a little shorter that 45min but i forgot to look at the time but it was close enough. I weighed in and am 3lbs down from Monday so that makes me smile a bit.
Today's goals are to do strength exercises and at least a short walk with the dog tonight. Tonight I am going easy on myself but this weekend I will start back up strong!
Hope everyone has a great day.

I love this idea, lots of little goals always have a way of showing you that you're constantly working towards your goal.

It's my TOM so one of my goals is to not give in to my cravings. Also, get all my water in for the day.

Well I got my water yesterday, but no gym... I will make up for it today. I will go to the gym even though it was supposed to be a rest day

So Today's Goal:
60mins elliptical and 45mins weights And get my water!

(my muscles are feeling sore again and I love that feeling)

hiimnatalie: Have you tried step-ups? you step up onto a chair holding hand weights
or deadlifts (with a straight bar). I swear by deadlifts- they make your butt raise up faster
