Jelbb - if you loved it that is the important thing! Enjoy, move on, dont eat them for every meal Gawd I feel like I can smell sausage rolls in the air looking at that lovely pic.

Just for giggles I looked it up on the Aussie calorieking.com.au

For a large which is what the one above looks like, 130g = 378 cals, 23.4g fat . . . but you get 10.4g of protein in there too

The Starbucks ones are somewhere between 350-450 depending on the flavor. I tried to look up the choc one but my local store doesn't carry them, but if it was large it's probably more in the 400 range.
