Talking 1st 5K Results :)
Hi girls! I ran my first 5K this morning. Wow! What a workout! 3 miles never felt so long.... It was a family event. My sis, cousin, and BIL ran with me...er, passed me! All but my sister, who never left my side. What a pal!

I am sooooo proud of myself! My big goal was to finish. My ultimate was to run it in less than 45 minutes! I just can't put it into words how proud I am! Maybe I will post a pic later?!
