If you are sugar addict like me you have to switch healthier alternatives. like making fruit salads. dried fruit is also good. buts will also help to keep your sweet tooth down. and try starting you day off with some protein like eggs. i find that when i eat just eggs for breakfast i don't crave junk food so much throughout the day.

and i wouldn't advise going cold turkey. giving up sweets all at one time sends into binges. i know from experience that about after 2 or 3 days of having no sugar i go on a huge binge after wards. because once you go cold turkey your body starts to crave it even more. so the best thing to do is to just cut down on sweets intake. like for example if you eat 2 chocolate bars a day just eat one a day then move on to eating a half of day.
