Soda was such a big crutch for me and after awhile I noticed I was addicted to the caffeine I'd get from it. If I didn't have my morning soda at work I'd get a headache. I was drinking 2-5 a day and it was out of control! Like no water at all! As soon as I let it go I felt so much better! After the first couple days that is...it's like going through withdraws!!! Lol. I agree about the free range chicken...I'll have to look into that! Thanks Moni!

I haven't given anything up. If I feel like having chocolate, I eat chocolate. Just not the entire bag or bar. I'll just have a little bit. I eat what I want, just way smaller portions than before. I don't like feeling deprived, because I'm the type that if I'm avoiding eating that one thing that I want, I'll eat everything else in sight and then after not being sastisfied, I'll eat the thing I wanted in the beginning. So, to prevent over eating on things that I don't really want, I eat what I want to begin with.
