Ok so today I weighed myself on the gym scale at 156. That sounds about right, and is the best I could have hoped for after the weekend I had. I think I have a bit of a stall coming my way, since I shed 4-5lbs pretty quickly last week, but that's ok bc I'm really trying to focus on the long term this time around. Plus, my goal was 155 by July 4th, and it looks like that's gonna happen, and I wasn't thinking of hitting 149 till Labor Day. So I'll just keep trucking here
Also, it's sort of TOM. What I mean by that, is I'm on seasonique (the bc where you only get your period 4x/yr), and have been for 7 months, and I'm still spotting! It happens for almost the entire middle month. I'm really not sure what that's doing to my weight loss, but I feel TOM-y. So maybe I'm retaining water, but maybe in the long run it's good, bc I hear that your bmr actually increases during TOM. It's still really friggin annoying tho. Ok, done ranting.
