Bah, the thing about Canada is that we get hot AND sensationally humid... 30 degrees plus the humidex is just... disgusting. I hate going for runs in that kinda weather.

And congrats on being in a size 10! That's super exciting!!!

Yeah, sometimes it seems so trivial. Control what you eat, get in some exercise, and ta-haa... you're done.
But other times... god, it just seems impossible, doesn't it?
civakas:
Hahaha, I think anyone looks emaciated if you have a picture of them in your head 30 lbs heavier! I'm sure you look fabulous!
Aurora:
Ick, TOM blows. Pound a ton of water as well, hopefully that'll help.
Lauren:
Hey, 150.4, that's where I stalled, heehee. How long have you been there?
If you're there for more than a week, and you're being really PERFECT, eating-wise, I'd try a calorie shock to your system. Only if you've been being perfectly on-plan. If you haven't, a binge day might be counter-productive.
But if you've been eating well and such, and your body is just not moving, having a day where you eat a few junky things and up your calorie intake by a good amount, to sort of... kick your metabolism into gear can be really effective. It got me outta my plateau.
Warning tho, depending upon what you eat, you may retain some sodium bloat for a couple of days. I know I did, lol.

But when that was over and done with, and after being perfect for another couple days, I was down to 149!
