176.2 this morning! I'm actually LOVING the fact that the scale I bought is in kg instead of pounds. It means that when I go from like 81 to 80 kg its a much bigger drop! Plus I just feel less association with those numbers, I have to go multiply them before I have any idea what I "really" weigh. I think the point of the scale should really be more just to tell me that I weigh less than I did before, because I'm less aiming for a specific number than for a feeling that I'm comfortable.

jendiet - It might just be increased water retention due to bloat~ I had that happen 2 weeks ago!

I weighed in today at 177.5! =) slowly but surely going down
(last monday: 182.5 lbs), (last tuesday: 179 lbs) <-- can you say bloat? lol

I was worried because i've been really busy for a week and couldn't weigh in and eating badly. But, YAY!

I weighed in at 175.5 today ~ hope to be out of the 170s soon too


where are all the other 170s ~ if they are all in the 160s yay! but the thread is getting lonely lol

I weighed in at 169 today morning and I am super excited. I think I am ready to say goodbye to the 170s for good. I just hope I maintain this weight or even better see a loss over next few days instead of a jump back up. Well I will do my best. I never want to be in the 170s again. EVER.

just weighed in first thing this morning... stayed the same at 174 :( well, last friday i weighed 174, then i went a bit crazy the WHOLE weekend, weighed 175 on Monday, and now am back to 174... So i guess I just barely recovered from the wknd and maintained from last week. Still, this is very frustrating! I've been working out so much! Anyway, anyone here have tips on making it through the wknd? It's been a stressful couple of weeks work wise, and on top of that being at this 174/175 plateau for the past 3 weeks has been very discouraging to say the least....Makes going to the gym that much harder.. what for?

I weighed in yesterday at 174.5 but official weighin isnt until monday :P (I cant resist the urge to step onthe scale though)
I booked my hair appointment for this morning ~ a reward for getting under 175. Hair cut + full highlights =) fun fun

OK, so I'm at 173.8 and I have been for the last two weeks so that's kinda disappointing. But I'm happy I didn't gain-considering all the Halloween treats I practically inhaled.

I just seem to lose weight soooooooooo slowly. Hopefully next week I'll have another loss to post.

Well, the last time I weighed myself (on Thursday) I was at 178, so that puts me here for the first time in over a year!!!! (Eek, that rhymed). I hope I don't stay here for too long, but I'm ok if it is a little while. My official weigh-in day is tomorrow so I guess I'll see where I am then!

I am super bummed today because I weighed in at 170.4lbs. On monday or tuesday I was at 169lbs and I was soo excited to be out of the 170s but I am back here again. :(

TOM is visiting so I think that might be it but I am not sure so I will put my butt back in this thread. I am on the last day of TOM so I HOPE HOPE HOPE

Official weigh in is tomorrow~ I always feel extra scared but hopefully my hardwork reflects in the #s. Tomorrow marks the start of the 6th week I've been on plan!

I get soooooo peckish at night around 7pm until bedtime but thankfully I've fought to ignore these cravings and by the time I wake up, those craving are gone. I visit my sister and friends in NYC in a little more than 2 weeks. I hope my sister notices a slimmer me. She saw me end of July when I was around 195lbs. I HOPE to be minimum 168 by the time she sees me. I will see how that goes.

sugarxrushx24 - You'll see a "whoosh" soon =D. Are you tracking your calories? Sometimes it's amazing how a little bite here and there can eat up your entire day's calorie allowance

sweettooth - TOM is the worst time to weigh-in. I bet once it's over you'll see a dramatic drop and you'll be in 160s for sure. :D

effie12 - welcome to this thread!!! Good luck on your weigh in. It's nice to see more people joining this thread considering lots of people "graduating" to the 160s =)

I weighed in at 170.4lbs again!!! today. I know I am eating right and TOM ended last night. But still here. I guess I need to work extra hard. I am lacking motivation to hit the gym and get on that darn treadmill. And the place I live in is weird to go for a jog around. Plus I am too shy to run in public like that. I need to get on that treadmill and push myself for atleast 45 min everyday.

I was not so good, eating wise, this weekend. It is just so annoying when everyone is ordering in or baking cookies. I need to work on saying no, but until then, I'm just going to have to try harder during the week and hope that next weekend will go better. About the TOM, it is always the worst!!!!! At least exercise makes my cramps feel better, so that's one good motivation. My weigh in had me pretty much exactly where I was before, which is kind of a bummer, but I'm going to keep on trucking. Good luck to you all too!!!
