I've been stuck in the 170s ALL MONTH. Up two pounds today, despite being 100% onplan with eating and running. Very discouraged.

I'll be so happy to see 160's. I can't remember when the last time was. Maybe 5 years ago?
I got down to 177.2, then went up to 181 over the course of a week, even though I was OP and working out! Well, back down to 177.2 today, and I am relieved. My goal is to hit 170 before November. I've got 7 pounds to shed in 3 weeks. This stupid gain put me off schedule. I hate getting thrown off track. |
178 this morning, so I'm hoping that the 170s "took". Am itching to get to that halfway point already!

177 again which is okay with me. Have kind of a food weekend this weekend but on Monday I get my wisdom teeth pulled (all four) so I should be back down by next week ;)

177.2 as of this morning. TOM starts in the next day or so, so I have no idea if that number is low or high, but either way, the scale said 177. I'll take it. 12 more to go by the end of the year...

Well I'm finally back after a hiatus. My computer died and so did my willpower lol.
I am still between 168-170, but I'm not showing 168 regularly enough to make me happy. I've been eating between 1300-1500 calories this week to try and jumpstart something. It's driving me crazy still being in the 170's |
Hey ladies! I'm joining the club! Hoping I won't have to be here too long--nothing personal! :) I weighed in at 174.0 yesterday. This morning I weighed in at 172.4..which I think is due to the fact that I started drinking a lot more water than I ever used to (which was next to none). I'm gonna stick with my 174 weight until my "official" weekly weigh-in on Sundays. My mini-goal right now is to be at or below 170 by Halloween. So here we go...Good luck to everyone!!

179 again this morning. Being at the top of the "weight decade" as I call them makes me anxious. I want to be in safer ground :(
