hehe its kinda like the facebook "status update" cause that's about all it shows (can put pictures up too though)
you're limited to only 140 characters, so just a short thought, quote, description of what you're doing, joke, lyric etc
you "follow" people rather than "friend" them, and then you receive their updates/tweets in a feed. they can choose whether to follow you or not. ie: famous people have thousands and thousands of followers but are only following a handful.
ive thought about making a weight loss twitter?? just to make note of my exercise, snack habits, mood swings, successes, etc... but i dunno. has anyone tried anything like that before?

Do you use Twitter to comment on your progress or just for general topics? I don't have Twitter but thought that it would be fun to use it to talk about weight loss and encourage each other and keep ourselves accountable.
