I am home from vacation! I went to my hometown for the first time in nearly 10 years, it was a lot of fun! My boyfriend came with me to see the family and friends, lots for the first time. He made a good impression

I also ate everything in sight,

my grandma cooked a huge Easter dinner, made pudding with 3% milk.. didn't even know this existed, perogies (pure fat with a side of full fat sour cream), it was so so bad!

But now I'm home! And prepared to get back on track, I managed to gain 3 pounds, but am impressed that it was only that! Infact,

I thought it would be nearly 10!
Anyways! I am back, have no 3% milk in my house (seriously, that shocks me that she uses that!!), and have a healthy lunch and dinner packed for work tomorrow! With summer coming I gotta get on track and get my body a little more beach ready!
I could definitely use some healthy snack or meal ideas! And since I've recently given up coffee, any good substitutions would be sooooooo much welcomed
