Honey.. I'm hooooomeee!!
I am home from vacation! I went to my hometown for the first time in nearly 10 years, it was a lot of fun! My boyfriend came with me to see the family and friends, lots for the first time. He made a good impression :) I also ate everything in sight, :devil: my grandma cooked a huge Easter dinner, made pudding with 3% milk.. didn't even know this existed, perogies (pure fat with a side of full fat sour cream), it was so so bad! :o But now I'm home! And prepared to get back on track, I managed to gain 3 pounds, but am impressed that it was only that! Infact, :carrot: I thought it would be nearly 10! :lol:
Anyways! I am back, have no 3% milk in my house (seriously, that shocks me that she uses that!!), and have a healthy lunch and dinner packed for work tomorrow! With summer coming I gotta get on track and get my body a little more beach ready! I could definitely use some healthy snack or meal ideas! And since I've recently given up coffee, any good substitutions would be sooooooo much welcomed :) -Aimee |
:wave: Woowho, you kept it to 3lbs, I applaud you! 3% milk is funny, I had no idea either!!! Weird! You broke up with coffee??? That's crazy..hmmm maybe some hot tea? I've got NO IDEA what i'd do without my one cupper, i just love it! Have fun getting back in gear! But also I'm glad you had fun, 10 years is a long time, and freaking sweet your boy made a good impression, that's always a relief!!

I just wrote this over on our other thread. Vanilla chai tea!! It tastes awesome with a bit of sugar. the one I picked up was decaf though I'm sure there's caffeinated ones.
