hey ladies!
My name is Nikki.. I'm 21 & living in GA. My boyfriend of 4 years is in the navy .. and is stationed here. We're both originally from PA though. It seems as though I've always thought as myself as fat..but only now do I realize(by looking back at pics) how back in highschool.. I was actually at a normal weight.. and now I really am fat lol. So i've decided to do something about it! My goal is to get back to around 150-160.. Or just weigh less than my boyfriend(humiliating). It's always been so hard for me to talk about my weight, but I figure if I'm going to get anywhere I need to be held accountable! So, I plan on doing about 6 workouts/wk.. whether it's at the gym or riding my bike around town..and definitely eating better(I have such a sweet tooth! ahh!) .. and realizing I don't have the same metabolism as my boyfriend who can eat and eat and eat.. and not gain a pound(not fair! lol).. So anyways, I just wanted to introduce myself.. and say that I'm looking forward to having a great support system..and being supportive! haha
OH! and is there anyway I can get email notifications when I get someone else posts on a thread I've started, or when someone has posted after me in a thread? Thanks!
