You know what? I had started this thread because I wasn't feeling that I was making any positive changes lately and needed to see other people's accomplishments and success to get that motivation back... but reading your post has reminded me that I've been doing pretty good too!
I joined a gym on April 1st, have done 4 yoga classes and 3 spinning classes, plus working on muscles as well.
If that's not a non-scale victory then I really have no idea of what is!
already feel a bit better.

I've had about 20 comments on how I've lost weight (20 lbs)... and that my 'face is thinner'... which is awesome, but makes me think... "EW! what does that mean I looked like before"... of course I have to bring a negative to it, but it's just what crosses my mind! ugh!

i've been TOTALLY off track for the past couple weeks... i've been okay about the gym but eating/drinking have been out.of.control. so today, imagine my SHOCK when...
drumroll...
i fit in my size 6 skirt that really didn't fit when i bought it (could not zip all the way up) 4 summers ago!!!
so now, this might be my motivation to jump back on the wagon. i like fitting in my clothes. who knows what else i may be able to wear out of my closet now...!!!

My wedding ring keeps sliding around on my finger! I didn't even know my hands were fat. Oh, And I can take off my pants easily without unbuttoning them! Need a belt now soon.
Everyone, including my mother-in-law(Who is not down with the chubby), says I look great. The scale has not moved down and has drifted little up then back to where I was... Poop.
Awwh, Well, I feel AWESOME!

I was OP during Easter -well only thing I had was off was a bag of pop corn (Didn’t go anywhere-just to the gym and ran for one hour-to avoid to overeat) I feel great though! And 2009 Easter is past now.

I've been on plan since March 18th - almost a month now!
I also ran for thirty minutes straight last night, a six minute increase from my previous best time!

thanks for sharing your NSVs ladies, very motivating!!
*My PJs & workout pants are looser now, they drop below my belly and I have to keep pulling em up.
*I did all the jumping jacks on the 30DS workout last week! Couldn't yesterday but will try again tomorrow.
*I feel much lighter, I have more energy and can wake up easy in the mornings

I agree about the more energy- I "feel" better. Oodles of confidence too I bought a WHITE dress to wear this summer. It looks fantastic on me- makes my skin look gorgeous, but I wouldn't have had the confidence to even try on anything white two months ago!
