Wow. I'm ashamed to say that most of these people, if I saw them on the streets, I would be jealous of and write off as "just born that way." This shows just how many people had the motivation and willpower to excavate their inner hot little body.

I'd be game for a chicks' slide show too; it would be easiest if we could find an external site (like a Facebook group page) to upload before and after pics so whoever's doing it doesn't have an inbox explosion and can access them easily.
