Goal: 1550 calories, 80 oz of water, work out 4 days, and be sensible Friday since I am going away for the weekend starting Friday.
Monday: 1553 calories, 80 oz of water, 30 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday: 1499 calories, 80 oz of water, 50 minutes on the elliptical
Wednesday: 1532 calories, 80 oz of water, 45 minutes on the elliptical

Friday: 10 min elliptical, 30 min strength (legs/abs), 1 mile walk, 64oz water, 1651 cals

this week is good so far its the end of this week that is troubling. i am oot thursday - saturday and celebrating my bday saturday night so hopefully i can be good until saturday
