Yum! This makes me want Subway for dinner! I love the Honey Oat bread (it has 9 or 10 g. of fiber per serving) with either just veggies and cheese or turkey. The Sweet Onion Chicken teryaki is delicious too with lettuce, onions, and green peppers!

I also like that the one by my work has light lemonade and unsweetened tea so I can have a guilt free Arnold Palmer!

I used to eat subway a lot, but now id rather just make a big salad at home that's a lot more filling with the same or less calories. But for time crunches, I might stop by.

I also have a subway litterally right across the street from my apartment, so it is really convienient. I always get a 6 inch sandwich on wheat bread, with every veggie, avocado, provolone cheese, and mustard. No meat (i'm vegetarian) I love it! However, I am trying to save money so I'm trying not to eat out anymore

yes i like subway ^^ I often get a lot of veggies in my sandwich and doesnt let them put mustard nor tomatoes sauce or any other sauce. (The meat/chicken flavor is enough for me).
I often divine a 6 inches long into 2 halves and then eat each for a meal ^^ they are filling (ofc with a bottle of water) ^^

It is quite healthy i have to say

oh but i don't eat them anymore ^^ now i eat home-made stuff most of the time.

Mmm Subway. I always get one thing...

Turkey on whole wheat, white cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, pickles, green pepper, black olives, pepper, and honey mustard (sometimes I put sweet onion instead of the honey mustard).

So Good!

I get the turkey breast or egg mayo 6in with sweet onion and mustard. It's quite common for people to go for the honey mustard, and I'm always correcting the staff. >.<

But subway ftw!

OMG subway! I love it! I'm a vegetarian so I always get the same thing:

12 inch veggie sub on wheat. Lettuce, tomato, onion, sweet peppers, olives, jalapenos, with a tiny bit of reduced fat mayo. SOOOO GOOODD!

I LOVE me some subway!! I get 6in turkey on italian herbs and cheese bread. Light mayo, lettuce, onions, crushed red peppers if they have them and the dry shakers. Then I make it a combo with the diet coke and apple slices. I find it to be filling and delicious. To me its like a treat!
