Default Cardioke

So I was just wondering if anyone has tried the Cardioke workout from Billy Blanks Jr, and if so did you see any results? I did it a few times using On Demand, and I decided to buy it. I'm doing the 30DS this month, but I'm thinking of switching over to Cardioke for the following month (gonna rotate between the 2 every month). I was a dancer for 15 years, so I absolutely love the dancing aspect of it.

I never heard of it but it sounds fun! Do you dance along instead of singing like karoke?

It's basically cardio in the form of aeorobic dance, also with some actual dance type steps. They have 8 or more different parts and before you start you can choose which sections you want to do that day and it only plays the sections you chose (if you do the entire thing it's an hour long). You sing the chorus of the songs (the words show up on the screen like karaoke). Billy Blanks Jr. says you burn double the calories if you sing while you work out, plus it helps regulate breathing. It also comes with some bonus features which includes an ab workout. There's also a really good song on there that his wife wrote and its the motto of Cardioke called "You Are Enough". VERY awesome song, it's a ballad and it's used for the cooldown.
