So my lunch was extremely disappointing. I usually bring a lean cuisine for lunch at work 3-4 times per week, and today tried a new flavor (garlic chicken or something like that). Ugh - very very nasty. I ate most of it anyway, knowing that it would have to hold me over through my workout this afternoon and until dinner but I was still not satisfied.
I reasoned with myself that I really, really wanted chocolate covered pretzels from the cafeteria. I got my credit card and walked downstairs. However - they did not have them stocked and I got fresh pineapple slices instead! Now I'm satisfied AND still OP for the rest of the day!

Hang in there! Exams blow. It has not been that long since I, too, pulled all-nighters with mid-night snacks. Just remember: you don't need to be stressed about gaining weight at the same time you're stressed about your grades!
