arrghh sundays are my bad day too! i was SO good all week, and not too bad saturday, and then sunday night..i wasnt even hungry, and then me and my boyfriend decided to order thai...i ate SOOO much of that, then soo much chocolate that my dad brought home..right before bed! all monday..i could not eat a thing...i was so sick because i wasnt used to eating that much. if someone mentioned food i would have to leave because i felt like i was going to vomit. but i think i learnt alot from it. but im definately not saying you should go on an all out binge so you feel as disgusting as i did..but i did learn a good lesson!
