Yes, it is definitely harder the lower you go. I weighed 154 on 12-19. I have seven pounds since then. On the upside, research shows the slower your weightloss goes, the more likely you are to keep it off.

Hey, by the way I used to poo-poo the idea of muscle vs. flab or whatever and say I didn't care. I have to say, it makes all the difference in the world with the way clothes look on you and how you carry yourself. At least, I know it's very true for me. I would really like to be 130 but am not going to break down muscle to do it. If it doesn't happen, I will be happy at 140 tight and toned. I am really hoping to be a 130 tight and toned though! My thighs continue to plague me. The thing about them though is they are tight and hard. I really don't think they are going anywhere even if I did hit 130.

You kill me! There is no way @ your weight those thighs can be that bad! I think it's a situation where it's all in your head girl!
