Well hello everyone!! I'm so excited about my buddies

hehe I had quite a time staying on track this weekend and had a gain at the scale today..

so im now 213.4... I hope with some hard work the next few days I can drop that back down plus some... are any of you on a program of any kind? I'm doing weight watchers with my mom and my little goal for this weeks weigh in is getting my 5 %.. guess i better get my butt in gear
