I usually lose between 1 and three pounds a week - but I am more then happy with one pound a week. I am trying for slow and steady and making changes that will improve my overall health and well being. I do not want quick start diets and are impossible to maintain over the long haul and do not fit into my lifestyle and my families.
I do everything right, according to my dr and multiple experts, but I lose maybe a 1-2 pounds a month. I'm still trying to figure out what the magic number of cals is for my body.
If i do everything, and i mean EVERYTHING perfectly, then I loose a pound. But my body is really struggeling to loose, I've been stuck at this weight for about a month now. I haven't been trying my hardest either tho.... I re-started yesterday though!
I don't know if I am just weird, or if its because Im young...but I have lost like 3-7lb a week so far...its weird I thought it would be far less...but again I am weird...
IF i do everything perfect - then i often loose 1 kg per month (which about... 2.2 lbs a month)
But i don't do everything - so i don't really loose anything T_T But at least i'm still gaining muscles and gaining a habit of eating right, so i'm happy.
well the more you have to lose the faster it comes off at first but it will slow down to around 1-2 a week and even less then that as you get closer to your goal. I have been around 2 a week but sometimes a little more and sometimes none at all
