1. 1x / wk weigh-in is most motivating.
2. Challenges are awesome so yes to them, as for pts, meh, doesn't matter to me.
3/4. I think the longer the challenge, the bigger the teams need to be... whole teams could disappear if there's only 5-6 people on them after 10 weeks. I prefer longer/bigger but the small teams of the late fall challenge were fun too.
