Crazy new core exercise!
For the last couple of nights I have been trying this new exercise someone showed me.
I don't know the name, maybe someone does? Y'all know me well enough to know that I won't share something unless I think it's good.
OH MY GOODNESS!!!! This is exercise is off the chain! I'm feeling it the next day and I don't get sore that often anymore.
Lay on the ground completely flat.
Bring your lower body up where most of your weight is resting on your shoulders. (Your back is off the ground but shoulders are flat, arms beside you on the ground)
Bring your knees as close to your chest as you can and your feet as close to your butt as you can. Like a tight ball, hold it.
Lower your body back to the ground and bring legs all the way down but hold them two inches off the ground and then start again.
I did 25 of them Wednesday night, last night I could literally see a difference on my sides after one day! Last night I did 15 and I'm so sore.
This exercise totally crushes your core! I wish I knew the name!
