hey ladies!

i'm feeling better and i'm going to call u kelli so we can hang out

becky - tom bloat sucks i managed to keep mine down to a pound this week since i was in the bed with bronchitis and not feeling to hot. i plan to start working out today.

i got a job ya'll! i got hired as a server at houston's restaurant on the plaza! i am bound to make a great deal of money there and they are a company i would like to stick with so i am pretty excited.

hey girls!

I start back at boxing tomorrow.. ahh! it's going to kick my butt! i'm so friggin bloated i just wanna die i feel like a whale in my work clothes today so i'm all grumpy but anyway.. something has got to get right i don't know how i could have gone from feeling good a week ago to feeling like a walrus. I did lose my bc pills and so i started again this weekend. that could be it.

brie: hopefully wednesday works out I didn't know what you had in mind but I forgot a had a hair appointment after work so if you wanted to meet up for a drink after that maybe? we'll just see.. :)

becky: i hope you started this weekend cause if I were you I'd be buying preg tests already! then again i freak out about having kids cause i'm scared to death of them so... maybe thats just me. hope everything is going good for you!

Kelli- Well I started last Friday and its pretty much over now. Although I am kind of sad because I have been pigging out on ice cream and oreos for like 2 weeks!!!

I have been working out though which is good but starting this morning(since my new bathing suit arrived!) I am back on the beginning of South Beach again. That's the great thing about this diet is when you fall off the wagon u can just start all over again for a short period of time just to get your cravings back on track. I'm pretty sure I've gained like 7 lbs over the last 2 weeks or so...so now I need to get rid of whatever water I'm holding in or whatever it is..it needs to GO NOW!

i have not worked out all week and i'm gonna kill it in the gym tonight. i have blocked off 2 hours of gym time and by golly i'm gonna do it. luckily my food has been good most of the week..

i just had to say that so that i had to own up to it.

I did get my butt workout in yesterday and I totally sweat it out! Although I was completely on track yesterday except for some chocolate that I ate. I am up to 175...guess if it doesn't go away by next wednesday I am going to have to change my ticker:(

Not to mention that for the past couple of days my body has broken out in hives and I have NO CLUE why considering I"m not allergic to anything and haven't done anything different except I had my period. Anyways I am just super stressed and not very happy with the weight gain......gonna finish cleaning and then work out.

Come on girls we can do it!!

i'm with ya girl i'm up to 166 as of this morning and i'm not happy either. I am doing really good on my food but I just cannot get myself in the gym. I know most of it is because I can't run and running was my favorite thing to do so now I'm just not excited about working out at all... I need to find something. any ideas?

sorry to hear about your hives hopefully they go away soon..

hey girls! I was sitting around bored to death and thought OMG I have time to get on 3FC! How is everyone.

Kelli- Can you spin? I had my first class today and it was so challenging! I mean I am up to running 6 miles at one time and that spinning class still kicked my a**. Maybe you could give it a try. And I was pouring sweat

Brie- I already know what you are up to....lil miss orlando

Becky - Nice to hear you are keep re-starting and not giving up.

I am so exstatic that I am down to 171 I don't know what to do! Never thought the day would come! I think I like spinning and I willdo the beginner class once a week and still domy running. It was nice change and challenging.

Cake: good idea i just am not sure if i will be able to. I broke my femur right above my knee cap when I was younger and depending on the angle of the bike it bothers it sometimes.I have heard that its a pretty amazing workout though and from what i can tell its becoming a lot more popular lately. we have stationary bikes at the gym at my house maybe i'll just try doing a hill routine or something on one of them and see how that goes.

i'm so fed up with myself not being motivated to go the gym. i bought a swimming suit online on saturday and i did not pay 80 bucks for a victoria secret swimming suit to not look good in it so I'm hoping that'll be enough motivation. i'm just feeling lazy and uninterested in working out.. i need to snap out of it. someone kick me.

i am really upset with myself i got on the scale this morning and i am back up to a whopping 199. mind u i was 185 in april. welp i started phase 1 of fatsmash over again today and i refuse to get knocked off track. i am going to 24 hr fitness today to use my free pass and will join next week. i cant afford to sit on my arse any longer. finals, graduation, moving, two vacations and bronchitis. and 14 pounds. FML.

kelli - i gained 14 pounds. dont do it! :kickbutt: get yr butt to the gym and find soemthing else u enjoy. lol try everything

becky - you are still rocking gf! just gotta restart like i am doing but this is my last restart i promise. i could slap myself. i feel sooo fat ugh.

ashlan - i am going to start this running again. i am going to try to do an accelerated version of c25k. maybe i will catch u one day lol.

well i think i will be posting here most of the time rather than the weekly chat so i need yall to help me get my mojo back. i feel so out of the WL loop.

Brie - i am with you on the posting thing. I guess I have been gone so long I don't recognize anyone on the weekly thread and my favorite ppl are here. And BTW get your hiney to the gym ASAP! I am going to come to KC personally and whip your a**...lol. I wish were near each other so I could come drag you to the gym kicking and screaming j/k. You will be fine. JUST FOCUS. You FS to get you started and......you're off

Kelli - I understand about your leg. I just wanted to share with you guys because I enjoyed it so much.

I had an awesome workout last night. 6 miles! I am doing 5 today and 4 tomorrow! Well at least that is the plan

Question: When ppl see me they say WOW you are so tiny, so small, so skinny. But my eyes looking out I don't see what other ppl see. I mean when I got to the mirror I go wow I am doing great (well in my clothes at least) and but I don't have that constant reminder I feel like I am in the same old body. Does anyone slese ever feel this way?

oddly enough the scale was down to 196.5 today! i guess i was retaining water or something. i'm still not happy about it but its better than 199!!!

so my official weigh in days will be mondays even though i WI for another challenge on fridays.

good news! my mommy joined WW so she will be trying to eat better along with me. that will make it sooo much easier at least when i am done with detox. yay!

cake - i will go to the gym today since i will be running errands in gym clothes lol. about the mind/body thing... jillian talks about this a lot on her podcasts but basically your body loses weight faster than your mind. so your brain still feels overweight and obese but yr body isnt. so much of WL is psychological and u have to reaffirm to yourself everyday that you are smaller healthier etc otherwise u wont really believe it and it wont be difficult for the scale to creep back up. its a battle but thats why this site is here and we are here.

kelli - we should def workout together maybe it will help me get back OP.
have u asked a trainer or doc about other cardio that u might enjoy? rowing machine? idk

My doctor told me to do elliptical and i can walk on the treadmill but thats about all he could really recommend. He said I could do punches but he wasn't sure if going to the full on boxing classes would hurt my back or not just trial and error I guess to find out. I did workout last night and I'm kinda sore today which feels great. I love how it only takes one or two days to remind me how much I love how I feel when I work out.. it just took that one day to kick my unmotivated rear end out the door.

brie:We should totally work out together. I don't know if you'd want to drive downtown everyday to do it though because I have a gym in my building so I really wouldn't want to pay to workout somewhere else. You can definitely workout there though so.. I dunno?

cake: brie nailed it as far as i'm concerned about your body issue. I'd consider maybe just poking around the boards for the body image and issues after weightloss if you have time. Maybe something there will help?

i dont mind... i"ll prob work out with you a couple days a week and then at 24hrfitness a couple days. i will call u later on yay!

i'm glad u were able to get in the gym again. try speed walking on an incline that burns lots of cals and i dont think it will hurt yr back

I am sooo sore haha. my inner thighs are on fire! luckily its jeans week at work and i didn't have to wear heels today. i can't wait to get home and check my mail I'm supposed to get my swim suit today.. there's 2 good reasons to go lay in the hot tub later ;)

brie: call or text me whenever i have my phone at my desk most of the time at work..
