hey gals
spent the night at the boys no sexy time just minimal cuddling cause he is still a little sick and i dont want it. trying to will myself to do my firm and go to the gym. i want to do the stair climber and its farther than i want to drive. if i finish my dvd and dont feel like driving i will just pop in cardio max dvd from biggest loser...that sounds like a plan. way to go on 3.4 ashlan! yr kickin major butt girl! kelli - colorado is bit far but i might have some homies i can send lol. becky - good for you just checking ;) |
cake: I have a fitness center in my building thats pretty nice so I really don't need the equipment at the other gym I just box there and use the treadmill at my house. There's really no good reason that I pay 50 a month to go there except that I love it. I could definitely buy my own bag and get the same results for way less money.
brie: you don't need to make the sex me and my boy are making plently for all of us. I don't know whats going on lately it took us over a month before we did anything and now he attacks me the second I walk through the door, lol. i'm just scarred because he already has a kid so i know his swimmers work.. ahh. im praying my bc keeps up the good work. becky: hey girl! hope you got to go dancing the other night. i went out last night but the only dancing i did was 2 stepping a slow song with loverboy. i did however get drunk and i feel like crapola today. i cannot believe that i can get drunk on 7 beers now its ridiculous. however, i'm a cheap date which is always appealing. |
Kelli- well after 3 drinks I am gone sooo I am a super cheap date! I did go dancing thursday night, sexytime and sexytime today...but no working out cuz i've been lazy poo!

Kelli - That is so true. Get your own bag!!!! Anyway all that sexytime should be enough cardio right. :D I woke up feeling a little sucky too. Got drunk last night however I still got up at 9:30 and went for my 3 mile walk which was supposed to be a run but I wa little woozy
Brie - Thanks. But uhm being down 3.5 is awesome. You are really doing well Becky - 3 DRINKS! I will take you out Did you girls work out this weekend? I ran my 5K on the treadmill saturday in 40:40. I am uber excited about that. I stayed within my points not exactly clean food like usual. SO I need to drink plenty water to flush out the sodium |
ashlan - just drink lots of water this week and keep yr sodium down from here until weigh in. it shouldnt matter. i had tons of sodium on saturday but was drinking lots of water and woke up 3.5 down. so water is key. congrats on the 5K. i am sticking with the c25k but i wish i could just take off like you!
becky - i'm at about 2-3 drinks till tipsy/drunk depending on the drink but i can drink for hours without praising the porcelain gods lol. kelli - u should def buy yr own bag. it seems like the frugal thing to do. i worked out friday and sunday but not saturday. i hung out with one of my best friends and watched movies. bootcamp today was brutal so i kind of knew i needed a rest day. i planned my bday party for saturday and i cant wait i am going to be so wasted. its been so long since i have had a drink. i am also planning to have mexican food :) of course i am working out like crazy everyday to counter the foolishness i plan to partake in. i also am in atlanta thursday till sat morning and plan to have some kind of treat there! |
Crud I need to get on the train! YOu ladies are doing fabulous and here I am a lump on a log. Ahh well. I haven't worked out just the good ole sexytime in my life.
and yes 3 drinks is all it takes..in fact a lot of times 2 will do er!! the joys of being a lightweight in at least one area of my life |

Brie _ thanks I am on it! ANd down 3.5 you are awesome! Congratulations. Is this from the calorie counting Ladies I noticed something yesterday! Well my BF noticed it after sexytime and he took a pic of me, yes in all my glory! But I am glad he did I just kept looking at the picture over and over.I could not believe it was me. My stomach wasn't poking out while I was laying as usuall. My waist goes in and my legs are looking so toned. I jsut couldn't believe it was me! It such great motivation for me to keep going. I may not have to haev any work doen after all becasue my stomach is finally going away on its OWN!!! |
ashlan - not really...i kind of counted last week but not like i should have. i just looked at cal counts and decided if it was a good or bad choice to eat. but this week i am putting everything in the daily plate including my workouts. and we will see how it works. i want to be close to 179 as possible by my bday the 15th preferably smaller lol
yr confidence is out the roof cause even though i am smaller i still think i look horrible with or without clothes. i'm not hiding under the covers or anything lol i def let him turn the lights on;) i just dont like my thighs mainly ugh becky - sexytime is great. workouts are great too! do both lol i hope u feel better. |
ashlan: I would say that its a lot of cardio but he still is in this thing of being on top. he can't last very long when I'm on top because.. well I must be good at what I do lol. I actually haven't worked out since Thursday but I ate really good this weekend in preparation for my rededication to the treadmill today. I'm going to start running 5 days a week instead of 3 because I've gained 3 pounds since the boy and I met and even though thats over 2 months.. I don't want it to turn into 20 pounds by this time next year. He always gets after me for not eating when he does because I'm not hungry, but I just keep reminding him if he wants to see me in a swim suit this summer to keep his mouth shut!
brie: I'm getting ready to email my boxing gym to tell them to suspend my acct. I have to anyways because I went to the chiropractor Friday and he was like ok you need to chill out for a little bit. Hopefully they'll let me out of my contract with a dr note. and I'm giving you props on not hiding under the covers I definitely do cause I hate my stomach. Even though its a lot smaller it just isn't cute.. not cute at all! becky: I feel the same way about working out I do really good for 4 days then I just get lazy and wanna lay around with boy for 3-4 days then I go back to working out again. I'm done though the scale reminded me this morning by being up 3 lbs that I'm still not done with what I set out to do.. and I'm no quitter. |
Brie - I didn't say I was completely confident in my body....crazy, I said I could see major changes. Which is awesome because I never get this far. I wish we do some kind of rain dance or something and get rid of the shyt we don't want. I do feel really good in clothes but when the come off....that is why the picture helped me so much to actually see the difference! Good luck with the calories this week. You are going to be the shyt come the 15th!

working out def improves the sex life. but yeah pretty much its a win/lose situation cause he always flips me back over cause he doesnt want to "finish" lol. ashlan i'm glad u can see major changes i'm telling you the way yr going yr gonna get to that goal weight and keep going. yr addicted to exercise as am i. and yr doing so well! kelli hope the doc note works. i hate contracts ugh. and why is it that men make u gain weight...all the cuddling and eating together and sexytime. i tell you ya cant win sometimes |
brie - "tricks" haha.....yeah they never wanna "give in" that way hahaha. I am loving exercise even thoughI didn't go today. I was just so tired for whatever reason. Plus I have to workout T,W,TH,F,S to counteract Saturday nite (the BF's Bday). Well it is actually monday but celebrating the weekend. You are doing so awesome. Do you have any before pics and then take some now of your thighs so you can see the difference. It will make you feel much better about your progress.

ashlan: he's only let me do it once and its because he has a hard enough time anyways haha. pardon the pun. he has some funny excuse about how he just likes me so much, lol. I guess he gets overly excited about it. who knows.
brie: i know that i have a 45 min drive to his house so instead of going to run first i always just head down there because i hate getting to his house much after 7:30. so if I get off work late or something on the nights i plan on going to his house i don't end up working out. I really don't eat too much worse with him, i eat out more often but i never eat out when i'm single so even once a week is more than normal. he goes on walks with me though when the weather is nice! I don't get out of my contract quite yet, they've suspended my account for 2 months to see if my back gets better. that'll give me 2 months to see if I will really use my own bag at home or not so it really works out better for me I think. I really wanted to run last night but my back was sore so I just did some stretching and went to bed early- I'm a bum. |
UGH I am sooo disappointed in myself. I ate a whole bag of mini 3 musketeers and crap last night!! I made myself a vow that if I do super poorly this week(which so far, eating not that great and no working out) then monday I am making myself start the south beach diet all over again(which would be absolute torture lol) darnit!
I did get some really good sexytime in last night but I seriously DO NOT count that when I've been doing soooo horribly. I haven't really gained anything back but I feel like crud and I should be losing. I think all the snowfall has gotten me down. So I am going to get up, do laundry, workout, play outside, shower up, color eggs, go tanning and go to work. If I dont do all of those things I will be really P.O.'d at myself. Sounds like you ladies are going to get to goal before I do at this rate:(:( sorry for the super long rant of how I suck so badly. In the past everytime I hit this marker 170ish I always get super comfortable in how I look and my body just likes to stick here but its NOT gonna happen this time I wont let it:):) |
Becky - Baby if you are going to rant about being upset with yourself then this is DEFINITELY the place to do it. You are started this thread! plus u, me, kelli and brie know each other pretty well.
I know exactly how you feel! And guess what!? I am currently at that weight for me! I was at this weight for only about 1-2 months and then it was gone! I too got comfy with my appearance and what not and look at now....(well 7 months ago). We won;t let you slide you back down into less pounds lost! You are gonna get it together I know you will.I have been looking at the pictures you post and you nmy darling are one sexy mama! So don't go getting all down. Just STAND UP and brush yourself off. YOu haven't agined any new weight so you can just pick up where you left off. If you want to rant more go ahead! But ME, BRIE and KELLI are here for you whenever you need a ear (or eyes). XOXOXOXO |
