Oh my goodness! When it rains it pours! I have at this point 3 dates this week (one down, two to go), I've been hanging out with my unfortunate crush a lot (I really like him...but I don't yet know if there is more for us than a great friendship so I'm not about to rock the boat) and I think I may ask out my friends neighbor. My oh my...right now I am thrilled for the distraction and fun, and I will let you know if anything actually develops...

Ya'll I am totally here. Haven't felt much like posting i guess. I hurt my leg at the gym on Tues so I was off (from working out) yesterday and now today.I will do a light workout on Friday in preparation for the race saturday morning. I did however get my Forerunner which I am so excited about...but I can't use the damn thing until friday!!!! I hvae WI today...wish me luck!

BRie - Hi boo. I am here as you can see. How are you holding up with your Mom and school? I know it is tough.

Kelli - I hope everything works out for your MRI. Even though you have eating more than usual, it is waaaaay better than it being Doritos or something. At least it is healthy and has nutritional value.

Becky - YOu will make it under 173 with no sweat. You have been doing pretty good. I have my fingers crossed!

I had my MRI yesterday and so I should hear from the dr if not today then tomorrow. I've been thinking about getting a trainer for like one day a week instead of going back to the boxing gym.. any ideas? I feel like I'm SO close to my goal and I just can't make myself get there. I just don't want to slowly slip away from it ya know?

cake: good luck hope your leg gets better! Injuries suck especially when you have to be extra careful what you eat since you're not working out.

I just finished my Ultimate Tae bo for the day...only did about 40 minutes but couldn't get the floor part in because my son wouldn't stop sitting on me. I am sweatin like a pig right now. Going out to dinner later with the girls and then to Kilkennys(our fav. bar) to watch Paul play(my friends boyfriend, we do it every thursday) and of course drinkin and dancin!

I'm hoping I hear from the doctor today on the results of my test so that I can get whatever this is fixed and get back in the gym. I'm starting tomorrow (I mean to today but I forgot my notebook) of writing down everything I eat again because I've got to make sure I don't gain back a ton of weight while I'm getting this injury taken care of.

becky: good job on working out.. now that I can't work out I want to so bad, but before I had no motivation. hopefully i still have it when I'm ready to go again.

brie: where are you girl? the gym? :)

Yeah I think I am going to go ahead and sign up for the boxing program after about 8 more pounds because I won't have to run 5 days a week when I reach goal. BTW I lost 2.6 (which I am sure ya'll already know) and I am now under 180 pounds!!!!

KElli - When should you be hearing something. Gosh I hope it is not too bad Honey. Yeah I am going to have a light WO today and the race tomorrow. I think a trainer once a week could be do-able and then you just fill in the other days.

Brie - You been at the gym along time gril...LOL

Becky - I am glad you had such a great time babes. It sounds like much fun from what I gathered on the other thread. And uhm WTG on the 170 chick!!!!

me and the gym have not met yet. but we have a hot date today!

i began my EFS cycle 1 today and i know its gonna be hard to stick to but i am up for the challenge i need extreme results and i have the exact time it takes for a rotation 3 weeks! i have succeeded with it before so i know if i do it, it will work.

i have decided that diet and exercise, prayer and therapy is what i want to use to help me combat this stupid depression. i refuse to take meds. not judging anyone who does it just aint for me. so if that means i have to do 1-2hrs of cardio a day bring it on. i cant live my life like this it sucks!

kelli - i pray that everything on your mri is normal. just monitor your eating and you will be back at it in no time.

ashlan and becky - ive already told u how proud i am of you both on the other thread! keep it going!

Brei - You are strong and you will totally get through it. Thanks for the encouragement....sorry you hd to endure it twice. I have never done the EFS. IT seems frightening....haha. Work it out at the gym and you will be where you want to be....but you know that already...luv you

Brie- You can definitely do it without meds. I also suffer from depression and took zoloft for about a year...they kept upping the dose and then I couldn't afford it anymore. Now I can recognize the signs when I am starting to feel that way and I have my own ways to stay out of the funk. Working out is definitely one of them:) JUst gotta stay as positive as you can.

Kelli- I really do hope that you get good results and that you can jump back into the game...especially if you are totally motivated to do so.

Cake- It was a BLAST...but needless to say I am pooped right now and have to leave for work in about 20 minutes.

Ok so I didn't get a workout in. I am hoping that I will have the strength motivation and time to do one tomorrow at some point. Because I doubt I will get one in on sunday considering I work ALL day and night...boooooooo!! But I need themoney so I can't complain THAT much.

hey girls. Still no working out but I'm back to counting cals and I go to the doctor today at 4:30 for the results of my MRI. Just thought I'd give a little update since I'm still not back to working out yet. Hope you all are doing great! which I know you are ;)

i'm on the proverbial wagon now all i need is some SEXYTIME! omg! its been years it seems...18 days and counting i might attack him if i get over his house this week. hmmm sounds like a plan i need to do something sexy so he wont be playing this game...

hopefully both of our schedules will die down this week.

I feel ya on the lack of sexytime Brie!! I am totally afriad to do anything with anyone because I am 5-6 days late and dont want to start while doing that with someone! lol...anyways I did get up and work out before I went to work today. my 45 min of tae bo...even though I REALLY didn't want to. i have been really crampy and uncomfortable all night I hope that means something good.

I was JUST telling the boy that we haven't made the sex in forever it seems like. Last week I think but it seems a lot longer than that. lol, thats a funny coincidence.

I found out from my MRI that I have a deformity in my back either from birth or some trauma to my lower back caused it. He took x-rays and I should hear from him either today or within in the next few days about how we're going to treat it. Unfortunately they also found a cyst in my kidney during the MRI so I'll be dealing with that too I guess.

I decided since my back isn't strained or anything like that I could probably go ahead and work out. I started running again yesterday and it felt pretty good I was a little stiff this morning when I woke up but I would have probably been whether I had a back problem or not conisdering I haven't worked out in a few weeks. My eating is OP all week and I'm already feeling results.. I don't feel as bloated or hungry all the time like I was.

Ok ladies seriously I am sooo bloated I can't even eat today! I feel super full and uncomfortable. BUT I did just get done doing my HOUR of Tae Bo! Now I just need to get my eating in check...go running tonight and knock these bloated lbs that I have gained off and then some. I need your help

I am on my knees begging you:):)
