Default Introducing myself
I've been lurking for a week or two and thought it was time to say hello

My name is Shannon, I'm 28. I went to my gyn a few weeks ago for my yearly and was shocked at what the scale said! I should have known, really. my pants have been trying to tell me for months

So I've decided it is time to change some things and finally get my weight under control. I've started a group at work. We are following the Weight Watchers system and have weekly meetings and weigh-ins. So far, so good. I've lost 2 pounds since officially starting on Monday!

This seems like a great place for support, and I'm glad to have found it!
