I like to make popcorn on the stove and drizzle some olive oil over it. Yum!!!

But lately I've been getting really into oranges, for some reason I really like peeling them too.

Half of an iced cucumber topped with a layer of FF cream cheese and sprinkled with crushed pecans.

Not super low cal, but it's perfect for lunch with strawberry-papaya-blackberry fruit salad and 2% strawberry milk.

OR a banana popsicle -- peel a banana, get a thin layer of honey on it and roll it in pumpkin pie spice. Wrap it in aluminum foil and freeze it. Voila! Eat it like a popsicle. It shuts kids up too.

I've been eating apples like nobody's business - I recently dicovered Cameos and I dig them. I also love soy chips for a salty/crunchy snack. They're high in protein, too!

Mmmm pickles.... My favourite ones are cornichon pickles, they're just like pickles but with less salt, and also I like cherry tomatoes and dark rye ryvita with low fat soft cheese and garlic pepper sprinkled on top
