It's going pretty good here! I stepped on the scale after breakfast this morning (when I usually weigh first thing in the a.m. with an empty belly) and I was at 176! I weighed in at 181 this weekend, and it's even TOM today. Please let this be real!
Monday- 26 pts, 30 mins intense cardio, 80 oz. water, 5 f/v
Tuesday- 26 pts, 30 mins walking, 80 oz. water, 6 f/v
Wednesday- 24 pts, 30 mins intense cardio, 96 oz. water, 5 f/v
