Weight: 132.8!!!!!
I only lost a tiny bit of weight!! Which makes noooo sense since I was OP all week except one day and worked out a lot!!!!!!!!! It is either b/c I am really sore today or it is muscle weight. Either way I am not happy. I am not giving up b/c I know it is not from eating junk. But still, it is upsetting!
JessieCat, I am there with you I was so good and only lost a pound. I was on plan everyday and worked out every day except one to let my muscles recover. I wish this was more simple. Oh well baby steps right! so I am at 136 so that is -1 I don't have paint but I will check at work so I can do this for myself! Anyway here is what I did.
#2 walk outside~ 3hrs
#4 Jogging~ 4hrs
#5 clean house ~ 3 hrs
Free~ 4.5 hrs
